THE CUSTOMER’S PARTSamaya is appointment scheduling software by Technoic for independent businesses. Customers request in-store visits or online consultations. Your team reviews requests and manages one shared calendar.
01 / Less coordination
“What time works?” shouldn’t be the hardest part of a visit. Put your services and available times in one place. Let customers request a visit. Keep the decision with your team.
02 / The actual product
Your customer needs a time.
Your team needs the full picture.
Samaya connects the two.

Public services first. Sign-in before submission. Your team confirms the request.

One business calendar. Both pending and confirmed visits reserve time.
Real Samaya components, rendered with demonstration data. Not a live account.
03 / A request is not a confirmation
Customers pick a service and an available time on your business’s booking page, then sign in to submit a request.
THE CUSTOMER’S PARTThe request holds its time in the shared schedule. Your team confirms or declines it from the business workspace.

No. New bookings start as pending requests. The business reviews and confirms or declines them. Both pending and confirmed visits reserve time in the shared business schedule.
Samaya currently uses assisted onboarding for its US pilot. Contact info@technoic.com to discuss fit, pricing, and setup. A Technoic administrator provisions the business; there is no public self-service business signup.
Customers can browse public services and availability without signing in. They must sign in before submitting a booking request. Some services can also require an invitation.
